I open a player but all I see is a "Loading..." message, help!
Let's say you clicked the "Play" button on any channel. The player on the left side of the screen opens, a message says "Loading..." but then nothing else ever happens!
Why not?
We're still trying to figure this out. Unfortunately it's affecting a very small number of users, so tracking down the problem is tricky.
However, users have reported that the following actions may fix the problem:
1) Click "Play" on any channel, then (if stuck on the "loading..." message) refresh the page. The player may open correctly then. If not...
2) Clear your brower's cookies (Warning: this will erase your mixes and channel history if you haven't signed up for an AccuRadio account. If you have signed up, your channels and mixes will be saved).
